AspenTech's DGM organization is looking for a Software Developer to contribute to the development of the Compass™ product, a next-generation operations mobility platform designed to automate field crew work and extend distribution operations to the field, improving utility efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Mobile development using the Flutter (Dart) framework.
- System design preferred.
- Experience working with distributed teams preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement reliable, performant, and fault tolerant code based on requirements and/or user stories.
- Ensure reliable code by developing unit tests and test automation tools.
- Assist in code and design reviews.
- Investigate, isolate, and identify solutions to reported software malfunctions.
- Collaborate with other developers, architects, and stakeholders to design and implement best -in-class software.
- Take part in agile team ceremonies such as scrum, sprint planning, and retrospective.
Other
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related technical field.
- 0-3 years of experience with Mobile development.
- 0-5% travel required.
- Train and mentor other team members in your area of expertise.
