Glassdoor is looking to solve the problem of creating optimized test automation solutions for its mobile applications through creative test solutions and identifying gaps in the testing process.
Requirements
- One year of programming experience in Java, Python or other programming languages
- Familiarity with Selenium, Appium and JUnit, PyTest/TestNG
- Ability to demonstrate an understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithms
- Familiarity with Linux, SQL, performance tools, bash scripts and version control systems such as git
Responsibilities
- Apply engineering principles to solve complex problems through creative test solutions
- Write code, complete programming projects, and perform testing on software
- Lead by example and keep enthusiasm high in tight-deadline situations
- Promote test quality and evangelize automation standard methodologies
Other
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, computer science or a related field
- Must have at least one additional quarter/semester of school remaining following the completion of the internship
