Booz Allen is looking for a software engineer to develop efficient and effective software, from vision to production-ready system, in an exciting, agile environment. The engineer will use the latest architectural approaches and open-source frameworks and tools to deliver complete end-to-end solutions to clients. The role involves analyzing the environment to ensure solutions consider current and future functionality and enhancements, and identifying and implementing system improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing software programming applications using Agile methods
- 3+ years of experience in working with C++
- Experience with modeling and simulation frameworks, including AFSIM
- Experience with writing source code for new applications or generating and enhancing code samples for existing applications
- Experience with creating solutions to complex problems in a collaborative team environment
- Experience with Simulation Models, including Radar, Sensors, or Aircraft
- Experience with pre- or post-processing scripting for large data sets
