BAI, a defense contractor, is seeking a Pega Developer to support a Unified Engagement Environment, at Annapolis Junction, MD, to solve complex technical problems and provide expert support, analysis, and research.

Responsibilities
- Supports a team of developers implementing multiple workflow products in a customer portfolio
- Collaborates with system, software, and UI/UX engineers to design, develop, deploy, operate, and manage workflows hosted on a large scale, enterprise application built on the Pega Platform
- Collaborates with system, DevOps, and UI/UX engineers to ensure workflows are security compliant, accessibility compliant, and meet minimum performance requirements
- Provides expert support, analysis and research into exceptionally complex problems, and processes relating to the subject matter
- Serves as technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation and alternatives
- Applies advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts
- Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts
Other
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Four (4) years of additional SWE experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree can be substituted for two (2) years’ experience
- Fully cleared TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
- US citizenship at the time of application
