Moloco is looking to solve the problem of creating engaging ad creatives that support global performance campaigns across mobile gaming and app categories by hiring a Creative Designer.
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience in video, motion, or visual design,
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma
Strong portfolio featuring mobile ads, videos, motion graphics, or static campaigns
Experience editing short-form content in a UGC or social-first style (e.g., TikTok, IG Reels)
Strong sense of animation timing, layout, and design hierarchy
Experience collaborating with external vendors or reviewing outsourced creative work
Familiarity with creative KPIs like IPM, ROAS, CTR, and how they shape iteration
Responsibilities
Support the creation of high-performing mobile ads by designing engaging, platform-native creatives across video, motion graphics, UGC, and static formats.
Edit UGC-style ads for platforms like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts using raw client/user footage
Execute creative briefs with attention to brand tone, genre, and performance goals
Collaborate with senior creatives and cross-functional stakeholders to revise and QA deliverables
Review outsourced assets and provide constructive feedback to freelance and vendor partners
Maintain organized working files, design templates, and final export packages to ensure smooth delivery
Iterate on creatives using performance data (IPM, CTR, ROAS) and test learnings
