Mr. Cooper Group is seeking a Mortgage Loan Officer to provide exceptional customer service and assist clients in navigating the mortgage loan process.
Requirements
- Experience with Encompass
- Experience with Microsoft office
- Experience with various Mortgage programs
- Ability to learn and adapt to new methods of Loan origination
- NMLS: Must have minimum 1 state active license or currently hold Federal Registration
Responsibilities
- Complete mortgage applications using Company loan product system, including initial required documentation and stipulations.
- Maintain production reports for leads and sales contacts, pipeline and other pertinent sales activity reports.
- Effectively manage and follow-up on leads generated through various Marketing Department efforts.
Other
- Provide sales support, strong communication, and world class service to customers, processors and management from loan pre-qualification to loan closing, while maintaining production standards at minimum acceptable levels as set by management.
- High School, GED or Equivalent
- 1-2+ Years’ Experience as a licensed Loan Officer
- Hybrid - 3 days in the office and 2 days remote each week - Ability to work OT
- Desire to work in and expand knowledge of Mortgage Industry
