MotionAi is looking for a Controls Engineer II to design, develop, and implement solutions that control dynamic systems, troubleshoot existing control hardware and software, and provide engineering assistance on defined problems.
Requirements
- PLC and HMI programming platforms
- Rockwell Required, Siemens, Schneider Electric, etc.
- Ignition and Factory Talk Required
- Motion Control, Process Control
- SCARA/6 Axis Robotic (FANUC, Epson, ABB, KUKA, etc)
- VFD (AB, Yaskowa, etc)
- Competent use of PLC/HMI software and Microsoft Office suite software.
Responsibilities
- Designing, develops, and implements Control System solutions and integration.
- Process Control
- Develop PLC and HMI programs from Design to installation.
- Create Control Narratives, Users Manuals, And other technical documents.
- Customer support with troubleshooting existing Control hardware and software
- Performs basic engineering calculations, investigations, and tasks as assigned.
- Designs, develops, analyzes, troubleshoots and provides technical skills and training.
