Media Real Estate is seeking to optimize their use of the MRI Software platform to ensure smooth real estate operations, accurate and actionable data, and effective use of MRI tools by teams.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with MRI Real Estate Software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of SQL or report-writing tools
- MRI certification or MRI SaaS platform experience
- Experience with system integrations (APIs, third-party apps like Yardi, Nexus, AvidXchange)
- Familiarity with real estate accounting principles
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support MRI Software modules (e.g., Property Management, Accounting, Lease Administration, Budgeting/Forecasting)
- Streamline and automate business processes across property management, leasing, and finance functions using MRI tools
- Build custom reports using MRI Report Design tools, SQL, or integrated BI solutions to support business decision-making
- Lead or assist with software upgrades, module implementations, and third-party integrations
- Act as a liaison between users and MRI support for issue resolution
- Ensure data integrity across properties, leases, vendors, and tenants; assist with data imports, exports, and reporting
- Provide technical support and training to users across the organization; create documentation and user guides
