Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development (JavaScript, C, .NET, Power Platform).
- Experience with Dynamics 365 APIs, web services, and integration tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Prior experience collaborating with Veterans Affairs stake holders to optimize CRM workflows and enhance service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting CRM systems(e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) within a federal agency environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Customer Service).
- Configure Dynamics modules to meet business requirements, including entity creation, form design, views, business rules, and process automation.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and middleware (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate).
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Conduct unit testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and manage deployment of customizations and updates.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Dynamics 365 solutions, including performance tuning and issue resolution.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for customizations, integrations, and processes.
