Requirements
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics architecture and system design
- Deep understanding of various Microsoft Dynamics architectural styles and design patterns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics performance optimization, scalability, and security best practices
- Prior experience collaborating with Veterans Affairs stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows and enhance service delivery
- Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) within a federal agency environment
Responsibilities
- Defining the overall architecture and technical vision for projects
- Creating high-level architectural specifications and ensuring feasibility
- Evaluating and selecting appropriate technologies and frameworks
- Providing technical guidance and leadership to development teams
- Ensuring that the architecture meets all requirements for performance, scalability, and security
- Staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies
