At Modelit, we are seeking a MuleSoft Developer with RPA experience to play a key role in automating critical processes that connect community-submitted documents, online forms, and Salesforce. This role focuses on reducing manual data entry, improving data accuracy, and enabling efficient bidirectional data flows across systems.
Requirements
- Proven, hands-on experience developing with MuleSoft RPA.
- Strong background in document and data extraction from PDFs, scanned forms, and online submission portals.
- Knowledge of Salesforce data models and MuleSoft integration flows.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into automation design.
- Experience with error handling, logging, and exception management in automation solutions.
- Salesforce or MuleSoft certifications.
- Experience with government, healthcare, or community services automation projects.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain MuleSoft RPA workflows to ingest community-submitted documents (PDFs, applications, forms, etc.), extract structured data (personal details, eligibility, etc.), and write it into Salesforce.
- Implement automation flows that not only push inbound data into Salesforce but also pull data out of Salesforce to auto-populate outbound forms, PDFs, and online portals.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate processes into clear automation requirements and deliver scalable, reliable RPA solutions.
- Ensure RPA processes meet quality standards, handle exceptions gracefully, and support compliance requirements.
- Monitor performance of automations, troubleshoot issues, and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and user experience.
