Requirements
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
- Strong ability to storyboard, script, and direct content for diverse audiences.
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, and drone videography (FAA Part 107 certification preferred).
- Knowledge of social media content strategies, email marketing, internal communications, and web optimization best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to manage all social media channels supporting and building brand(s) internal and external positioning.
- Demonstrated development and deployment of organizational communication products

Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, storyboard, script, film, direct, edit, and distribute videos for use across web, social media, trade shows, events, customer meetings, training content, and internal communications.
- Produce and edit professional photography for digital, print, event marketing, and internal communications.
- Develop engaging graphics, animations, and explainer content to enhance storytelling and product communication.
- Oversee and develop social media content and strategy across platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
- Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver multimedia assets that strengthen our website and digital presence.
- Manage visual content for intranet, internal video screens, and employee-facing platforms.
- Plan, produce, and deliver video and photo assets to support marketing campaigns, trade shows, events, sales initiatives, training programs, and internal communications.
Other
- Collaborate with leadership and HR to develop internal communication campaigns, employee engagement content, and executive messaging.
- Lead the design, content creation, and distribution of internal newsletters and email communications that inform and inspire employees.
- Capture high-quality video and photo content at company sites, customer locations, and industry events/trade shows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with internal teams to identify storytelling opportunities, capture relevant content, and support marketing and communication campaigns.
- Brand Storytelling – Ensure all multimedia and communication content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and business objectives.
