RTX is looking to develop multi-model AI simulating pilot actions to launch more autonomous capabilities in the aerospace industry. The intern will contribute to building cutting-edge capabilities to enable greater autonomy in airborne applications by researching AI technologies and developing software solutions.
Requirements
- Experience with multi-modal AI models
- Experience in Generative AI in academic or personal projects
- General AI/ML knowledge through practical experience
Responsibilities
- You will research AI technologies and develop a software solution within a multifunctional team composed of systems engineers and software engineers.
- You will apply the AI research to build a multi-model ingestion engine that can operate on non-textual design documentation artifacts with the intent to leverage this data to build new avionics system designs
- You will summarize and present your project results to executive leadership at the end of the summer

- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
