The Multi-Domain Solutions (MDS) division at Leidos is seeking a Multimedia Communications Coordinator to support a large facility maintenance program management team with collaboration tools, document management, and publishing needs.
Requirements
- Understanding of React.js for building reusable UI components and interfaces
- Ability to implement and integrate RESTful APIs for web service communication
- Knowledge of UI design principles for creating user-friendly software interfaces
- Solid experience in web application development, from design to deployment
- Familiarity with website design practices and tools to create effective user experiences
- Proficient in developing dynamic web applications using AngularJS
- Skilled in CSS for styling web content and enhancing UI/UX
Responsibilities
- Collaboration tools (SharePoint, Atlassian Confluence), newsletters, announcements, etc.
- Manage content on collaboration platforms, to include creating/updating pages, managing permissions, and ensuring content is organized and easy to navigate.
- Employ ingenuity and creativity to develop and implement new solutions to complex technical issues and problems to achieve functional objectives.
- Analyze data and metrics to measure the success of communication efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in communications and technology and recommend new tools and strategies to improve our communications efforts.
- Provide graphic support for all communication and project needs.
- Design and develop custom SharePoint pages, web parts, and workflows to support collaboration, document management, and publishing needs.

- TS/SCI w/ Poly Clearance is required
- Bachelor’s degree in web page design, Graphics design or Communications
- 3 -5 years of relevant professional experience
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- Effective communicator with team members and project stakeholders
