Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product management, business management, or commercial portfolio roles
- Strong understanding of software product life cycles, pricing models, and channel strategies
- Demonstrable analytical skills with experience managing business KPIs, forecasting, and financial planning
- Experience in B2B software or the IT industry
- Proven ability to deliver results in a matrix, cross-regional environment
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for the commercial software portfolio, ensuring alignment with global objectives and tailoring to the North American market
- Develop and manage the product portfolio roadmap, lifecycle, and transitions to maximize revenue, margin, and market share
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and sales performance to identify new opportunities and optimize business strategies
- Construct and monitor business plans, including forecasting, budgeting, and sales target setting
- Oversee product pricing, promotions, and channel strategies in close collaboration with the sales, operations, and marketing teams
- Drive execution of demand generation programs, marketing campaigns, and tactical initiatives to achieve financial goals
- Serve as the software subject matter expert, supporting sales enablement and delivering training

- Ability to speak multiple languages a plus
