Solidigm is looking for an Automation & Scripting Intern to build automation tools, optimize workflows, and potentially develop lightweight web interfaces or dashboards for internal tools to support their NAND Development department.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and/or Perl
- Understanding of scripting in a Linux environment
- Strong coding practices: modularity, version control (Git), debugging, etc.
- Familiarity with basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and web frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django, or equivalent)
Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain automation scripts for engineering workflows
- Build or support simple web-based tools/dashboards for internal use
- Collaborate with engineers to identify and implement scripting or automation improvements
- Analyze, parse, and manipulate large datasets or logs using Python/Perl
- Write clear, maintainable documentation for all tools and code
- Assist in integrating tools into existing Linux-based environments
Other
- Motivated and detail-oriented
- Strong programming skills
- Exposure to web programming
- Background in CMOS or semiconductor design is a plus but not required
- Strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving ability are essential
