Requirements
- 7+ years of professional Android development experience, with strong expertise in Java and Kotlin.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Deep understanding of Android SDK, mobile architecture, and design patterns.
- Proficiency in RESTful API integration and third-party library management.
- Strong knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaborative workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and clear communication skills to convey technical concepts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
- Mentor and guide development team members, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices.
- Make strategic architectural decisions and define coding standards for mobile development.
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to implement user-centric features.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, and maintainability across projects.
