Collins Aerospace in Melbourne, FL is seeking students to join their Avionics Communication, Navigation and Surveillance (CNS) directorate to be involved in designing, verifying, and qualifying next generation avionics systems and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge next generation avionics products.
Requirements
- Understanding of systems engineering principles and requirements management.
- Displays experience in any of the scripting languages, like Python, Perl.
Responsibilities
- You will participate in a collaborative integrated product team and support the design, integration, verification and validation of avionics CNS products.
- You will actively work in the full product development life-cycle activities and gain hands-on experience in requirements management, systems architecture, test planning and data analysis.
- You will assist in documentation of engineering work in compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Other
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
