Requirements
- Proven professional or academic experience with Python and SQL for data analysis
- BA/BS in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related discipline
- Strong interest over both sport tech and gaming industries
- Passionate about Basketball and/or Baseball
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of user journey (acquisition, engagement, retention) for our MLB and NBA products and provide recommendations to drive product improvements, with a dedicated focus on in-app mobile usage
- Collaborate with product teams to define and implement relevant KPIs and generate regular reports and dashboards to deliver key insights to product and marketing teams
- Translate new features and insight needs into clear tracking & experimentation plan
- Monitor the good balance and fairness of our gameplay and rewards dynamics
- Contribute to building reward scheme of the upcoming MLB season and NBA playoffs
- Collaborate with the data engineering team to improve data models quality in dbt
