Bridge Specialty Group is seeking a .Net Developer to provide internal support for technology used by the organization to enhance technology services for internal users
Requirements
- Experience in ASP.NET, C, MVC, Entity Framework, SQL Server, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, JSON, XML and XSL
- Solid understanding of Database Design and Architecture
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain software applications using .NET technologies (C, ASP.NET, .NET Core, etc.).
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
- Collaborate with business and technical subject matter experts to design robust, scalable, and secure applications.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
- Follow security best practices
- Document system designs, code, and development processes
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science and/or equivalent experience (Preferred)
- Experience in P&C Insurance industry (Preferred)
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and outstanding customer service orientation
- Must be flexible, innovative, self-motivated and able to work with business users and interface with all levels of the company
- Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance
