The State of Michigan - Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) supporting the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) needs a Programmer Analyst 6 (.NET C-Sharp Developer) to act in a developer and analyst role for the MDHHS Accounts Receivable and Collections (MDHHS ARC) Project, writing and testing code to implement user stories and requirements in an agile environment.
Requirements
- .NET CORE 3.1 or higher (6.0 preferred) and C-Sharp experience
- experience developing with REST web service interfaces or Web APIs
- experience with SQL including writing and maintaining complex Select/Insert/Update statements
- experience with developing code to allow users to upload documents from a website
- experience with Agile / SCRUM processes and working in Sprint Development team
- experience working with GIT code repository software
- experience developing unit and regression tests
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
- experience developing secure websites using industry best practices (such as preventing cross site scripting or SQL injection attacks and coding logging into software functionality)
- experience working with Azure DevOps / TFS using boards and code repository
- Familiarity with Oracle database
- Familiarity with Design patterns
- Familiarity with SendGrid
- Familiarity with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG)
- Familiarity with identity provider (IdP) integration using OpenID Connect (OIDC) or SAML
- Experience working with Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent for SDLC management
- experience working with React.js
