Knowledge Services is seeking a remote .Net Developer/FAST Specialist for the State of Maine Office of Technology to code enhancements and develop required fixes to production problems using the functional and technical programming standards of the GenTax system.
Requirements
- Must have experience in one of the following FAST programs: GenTax, FAST DV-VS, FAST UI-PL or FAST CSE.

Responsibilities
- The candidate will be responsible for analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation.
- The candidate will code enhancements and develop required fixes to production problems using the functional and technical programming standards of the GenTax system.
- The candidate will execute the required steps for implementing SQR change requests in the FAST Gentax system and tracking changes in the Fast Central Repository (FCR) following the project standards.
- They will coordinate their work with other software developers.
- They will participate in structured code reviews and walkthroughs.
- Utilize deep modeling, design and coding skills.
- Provide expertise in one or more database environments.

- Applicants MUST have prior experience within state, federal, or local government.
