Responsibilities
- Develops, tests, implements, and maintains software solutions in support of the goals of VRS
- Troubleshoots solutions when they fail to provide the expected results
- Provides software solutions as required to meet business goals and objectives
- Performing analysis of business requirements
- Producing technical designs to meet the needs of the business
- Conducts data analysis and produce reports as required
- Develop and implement quality control measures
Other
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a closely-related field.
- Must have a minimum of three years of experience in front-end development
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices, and the ability and desire to learn new technologies.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills, problem resolution abilities, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work with incomplete information and develop suitable solutions to meet business needs.
- Ability to work as part of a team, accepting and providing guidance amongst team members as appropriate.
- Abilities to effectively communicate; prioritize; deal with multiple and changing priorities; meet deadlines.

- All employees must be able to work the current hybrid schedule and report to the office as needed on designated remote days.
