A client of 66degrees is seeking a consultant to lead the integration and deployment of a Contact Center AI (CCAI) platform into a crucial client mobile application.
Requirements
- Deep Expertise in .NET MAUI: Proven, hands-on experience developing and deploying high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using .NET MAUI (or strong experience migrating from Xamarin.Forms to MAUI).
- C and .NET Proficiency: Expert proficiency in C and the broader .NET ecosystem.
- CCAI/Contact Center Experience (Highly Preferred): Prior experience with Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) or specific CCAI (Contact Center AI) platform integrations is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with the MVVM (Model-View-ViewModel) design pattern.
Responsibilities
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in C and XAML within the .NET MAUI framework for mobile platforms.
- Work closely with the client's existing development team and vendor/support personnel to ensure technical requirements are met and deployment is successful.
- Conduct unit and integration testing within the .NET MAUI application, resolving all reported bugs and platform-specific issues.
