Edgewater Federal Solutions is seeking a .NET Junior-level Software Engineer to support the EHSS IT Support contract by developing and enhancing web applications.
Requirements
- Experience with the ASP.NET framework, MVC, C-Sharp, SQL Server
- Experience in Frontend frameworks like Angular or React.
- Experience with HTML5/JavaScript/CSS/jQuery.
- Experience with Bootstrap, Typescript, Node.js, NPM.
- Experience with C-Sharp, Visual Studio (2019 +), and MS toolsets.
- Experience with Git based source control.
- Experience with web services and Web APIs.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain efficient, reusable, secure, and reliable code.
- Develop effective solutions for data mapping and data translation.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Develop unit tests.
- Participate in peer code review as part of development process.

- US Citizenship is REQUIRED.
- NEED TO BE ELIGIBLE TO OBTAIN A TOP-LEVEL SECURITY CLEARANCE.
- BS degree in software/technical based field with at least 2 years of progressive software experience focused on data-oriented business applications, or a minimum of 3 years of progressive software development experience with no degree.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to the production of technical and end user documentation.
