The Wisconsin Department of Children and Families (DCF) is looking to modernize its legacy mainframe applications to web applications using ASP.NET MVC with C-Sharp, and is seeking a .NET Web Developer II to work on high-profile web application projects within the Child Care and Child Welfare (CCCW) section.

Responsibilities
- Designing and developing the front end and server side of the web application
- Requirements analysis, design, front-end and back-end web application development, testing, participation in interactive code reviews
- Development using JavaScript, ASP.NET MVC with C-Sharp, with SQL Server, DB2, and Oracle databases
- Development of quality code using TDD
- Participation in active code reviews, sharing expertise, respectful communication, transparency, technical documentation
- Perform production support
- Analyzing and solving technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
Other
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in area of specialty or 6+ years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Excellent clear and concise communication skills, written and verbally
- Ability to work with no direct supervision
- W2-Contract Only, no C2C basis
