Responsibilities
- Provides advanced production support including accurate problem identification, ticket documentation and customer/vendor dialogue
- Verify hardware/software requirements, design and configure operating solutions to include standalone systems as well as advanced systems
- Provide analysis of virtual and physical OS platforms covering configuration, monitoring, capacity analysis, and in-depth troubleshooting
- Engineer automation pipelines for OS platform delivery through repeatable workflows and technical solutions
- Integrate quality assurance tools to guarantee service level strategies for operating system deployment and configuration
- Implements and manages solutions into the enterprise virtualization infrastructure
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate engineering solutions across multiple technologies

- 5+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
