Grande is looking for a Network Product Supply Planner II to help keep their cheese and whey production running smoothly, from milk pickup to final shipment. The role aims to solve problems, balance schedules, and work cross-functionally to own production planning, manage inventory, and streamline/automate planning processes for a smarter, more efficient supply network.
Requirements
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as discounts, interests, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exits.
- Adaptability with computer skills.
- APICS or CSCMP participation a plus.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Own production planning across Grande facilities and co-manufacturers
- Manage inventory to meet quality standards
- Partner with the ERP Team to streamline and automate planning processes that drive real results
Other
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Agriculture, Dairy Science, Animal Science, or another related field required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Minimum of three (3) years of previous production and inventory management and/or supply chain management experience.
- Ability / willingness to travel 10% or more to other Grande facilities as needed.
