Requirements
- Excellent programming skills for prototyping
- Hands-on experience on open-source projects, e.g., OpenAirInterface, srsRAN, Open5GS, Free5GC
- Ability to identify upcoming research trends and directions with a focus on maximizing impact
- Strong publication record

Other
- A PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Data Science or related fields with an accredited school in US
- Strong written and spoken communications/presentation skills
- Prior research experience supported by a proven track record
