The Shanmugan Laboratory at the University of Pennsylvania is seeking to personalize early interventions in reproductive psychiatry by understanding mechanisms underlying sex differences in psychopathology and identifying neuroendocrinologic markers of risk vs. resilience for psychiatric disorders. The Neuroimaging Data Analyst D will support managing and analyzing neuroimaging data to achieve these goals.

Responsibilities
- management, processing, and analysis of high-dimensional imaging data
- provide support for managing and analyzing data
- provide support for managing and analyzing neuroimaging data
- work in a team environment with a diverse, multi-disciplinary group of faculty and trainees from psychiatry, psychology engineering, statistics, and computer science
- lead independent projects (i.e., meta-analyses of neuroimaging studies)
- write first-author manuscripts
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, or Computational Neuroscience, and 3 to 5 years of research experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Master's degree preferred.
