PointOne is looking to solve the problem of automating the business of law by reinventing how law firms operate, specifically by helping attorneys capture billable time automatically and providing rich insights that transform how legal work is managed.
Requirements
- Significant internship experience at hyper-growth startups and/or leading big tech companies
- A CS degree from a top university
- Strong product sense
- High degree of ownership and the ability to operate autonomously
- Experience with AI, serverless architecture
Responsibilities
- Develop novel AI products, providing customers with entirely new workflows.
- Work directly with customers to understand needs, prioritize requests, and translate them into technical solutions.
- Prototype and integrate AI pipelines (e.g., retrieval‑augmented generation) to prove out new workflows.
- Lead by example through mentoring future hires, pairing, and code reviews. You'll shape our engineering culture.
- Define and build new features with founders and customers
- Own high‑impact projects
- Drive technical and product decisions
