LPL Financial is looking for new graduates to join their Data Analytics team as Foundational Analysts. The goal is to accelerate the growth and development of these analysts, providing them with diverse experiences and training to become well-rounded professionals who can contribute to the company's success in the wealth management industry.
Requirements
- Intermediate in at least 1 data analytic language (SQL, SAS, etc.)
- Intermediate in at least 1 data visualization tool (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
- Intermediate in at least 1 scripting language (SAS, Python, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities
- Analysts will rotate onto three different teams and build crucial skills in data analysis, data visualization, advanced analytics, data risk, and more.
- support a departmental project or strategic data analytical function
Other
- Eligible candidates are required to be undergraduate students pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a graduation timeframe between December 2025 and May 2026
- 3.0 GPA minimum
- Offer is contingent upon completion of bachelor’s degree, successful background screening, and agreement to be local to the Fort Mill/Charlotte office
- All majors are considered, but programs focusing in data science, computer science, finance, economics, or mathematics are preferred
