JPMorganChase is looking to maintain a strong and consistent control environment across the firm, with comprehensive coverage and joint accountability for early operational risk identification, effective control design, and sustainable risk mitigation within the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB).

Requirements

  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com).
  • Ability to identify, assess, and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ability to plan, allocate, and optimize resources across multiple projects.
  • Proficient knowledge of control and risk management concepts.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and ethical considerations related to new or modified products and services.
  • Experience in governance, controls, and frameworks for new or modified products and services.
  • Professional certifications in project management, compliance, or risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of the program roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of outcomes.
  • Monitor and manage project progress, providing guidance and support to ensure milestones are met.
  • Integrate existing frameworks into a unified governance model for the CIB NPA framework.
  • Manage responses to regulatory exams, audit, and internal control testing requests.
  • Develop and implement effective training and communication strategies for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for program initiatives.

  • Highly motivated with advanced skills in strategy, problem-solving, transformation, and delivery execution.
  • Strong influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 6 years of professional work experience, ideally with an understanding of products and markets in which the CIB operates.
  • Experience in a leadership or managerial role.
