Requirements
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com).
- Ability to identify, assess, and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ability to plan, allocate, and optimize resources across multiple projects.
- Proficient knowledge of control and risk management concepts.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and ethical considerations related to new or modified products and services.
- Experience in governance, controls, and frameworks for new or modified products and services.
- Professional certifications in project management, compliance, or risk management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of the program roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Oversee the execution of multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of outcomes.
- Monitor and manage project progress, providing guidance and support to ensure milestones are met.
- Integrate existing frameworks into a unified governance model for the CIB NPA framework.
- Manage responses to regulatory exams, audit, and internal control testing requests.
- Develop and implement effective training and communication strategies for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for program initiatives.

- Strong influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a related field.
- 6 years of professional work experience, ideally with an understanding of products and markets in which the CIB operates.
- Experience in a leadership or managerial role.
