Requirements
- Proficient PC skills including all Microsoft Office products and web-based technologies
- Course development and instructional experience with an emphasis on technical training is preferred
- Minimum of four year technical degree from an accredited educational institution or equivalent training and experience
- Minimum of three years of field service and two years’ experience as a Technical Support Engineer
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate and present material to Executive Management
Responsibilities
- Interface with R&D engineering and product management to implement the Global Serviceability Specification in new products
- Monitor new product quality. Track initial startups and provide feedback to engineering and product management
- Represent Vertiv Services at design reviews, product reviews, phase gate reviews, and provide updates to management
- With engineering assistance, develop maintenance and troubleshooting procedures
- Act as the Vertiv Services representative on the engineering change control board
- Provide technical expertise in development of service plans for new products
- Assist in the design and testing of new products from a service perspective

- Minimum 25% Domestic and international Travel Required
