GALLO is seeking an experienced professional to manage a complex portfolio of new innovation charters and co-manufacturing projects across multiple international regions. This role is integral to ensuring on-brief, on-budget, and on-time delivery of groundbreaking projects that drive business unit profitability and bring new products to market.
Requirements
- Fluency in project management systems like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Planner, as well as proficiency in MS applications.
- Skilled in the use of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
- Skilled in the use Word, PowerPoint at an intermediate level and Access, SharePoint, Outlook and Winery ERP system at an intermediate level.
- Experience with reading, analyzing and interpreting general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations.
- Skilled in working with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
- Skilled in applying concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
- Experience with defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions.
Responsibilities
- Manage a complex portfolio of new innovation charters and co-manufacturing projects across multiple international regions.
- Lead the charge in planning, executing, and managing projects while developing critical capabilities to meet evolving requirements.
- Navigate ambiguity with urgency, leveraging your expertise to proactively identify and resolve obstacles.
- Communicate updates, advise stakeholders on potential risks, and ensure compliance with international regulations and market demands.
- Lead Agile processes and managing milestones.
- Collaborate with marketing, winemaking, and legal teams.
- Manage timelines and delivering results.
Other
- Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of customer service, change management and supply chain management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 9 years of customer service, supply chain, or project management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Required to be 18 years or older.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) plus 5 years of product change management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Demonstrates an expert understanding of winery production, package component manufacturing or change management processes.
