Radius, a division of The Toro Company, is seeking a New Product Development Manager to support the execution of product development projects and lifecycle activities to improve market share, profits, and industry leadership.
Requirements
- Proficiency with computer aided design (CAD) software
- Experience with ECO documentation preferred.
- Exposure to product lifecycle or product management environments preferred.
- Familiarity with financial basics such as cost tracking or margin awareness preferred.
- HDD (horizontal directional drilling) industry experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Use CAD to design and develop products to profitably address market needs.
- Support prototyping, testing, validation, and market launch activities.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and others to optimize design and maximize ROI.
- Develop technical documentation for support, reference, and training purposes.
- Gather and analyze competitive data, market research, and customer feedback.
- Manage projects in support of product roadmap and other goals.
- Maintain product documentation and lifecycle records.
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product development, coordination, or operations.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
