Requirements
- Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure
- Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C-Sharp, Rust
- Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting large-scale infrastructure
- Experience working directly with hardware/software Engineering teams
- Experience with distributed systems at scale
- 10+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
Responsibilities
- Participate in strategic Deployment Readiness projects with significant technical depth and breadth
- New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineer acts as the subject matter expert for deploying, integrating, optimizing, and implementing new Robotics solutions during pre-GA phases
- Provide iterative feedback on Work Instructions and execution plans to achieve consistent outputs
- Resolve field issues and ensure root causes are addressed
- Lead field trials, contribute to deployment guidelines and test plans/procedures in order to get Amazon Robotics solutions certified and deployed
- Manage large third-party installation teams during the execution of Alpha and Beta deployments
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
