Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
- Exposure to or willingness to learn quality tools (e.g., 5 Whys, FMEA, PDCA, Six Sigma)
- Familiarity with SAP S4 HANA, Power BI, Tableau, or similar data platforms
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, macros)
- Experience in semiconductor or related technical fields
- Hobbies or hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, or robotics projects
- Eagerness to pursue Six Sigma certification (yellow, green, or black belt)
Responsibilities
- Track and resolve quality issues across NPI and HVM tools
- Apply quality tools to identify root causes and drive continuous improvement
- Lead short- and long-term corrective actions for tools built at domestic and global sites
- Apply DFx principles to reduce defects in early product development
- Ensure manufacturing readiness during NPI builds by verifying tool quality and buildability
- Manage and analyze complex data to drive decisions
- Facilitate Kaizen events focused on product improvements before high-volume transition
