Modine is looking to solve the problem of introducing new data center products into their manufacturing facility, ensuring a smooth production transition, and optimizing shop floor layouts for maximum efficiency.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and facility layout planning, and ERP system implementation.
- Experience in data center product manufacturing, HVAC, or related industries.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- PMP or other relevant project management certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, manufacturing engineering, or operations within an industrial or data center-related environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Ensure Product/Process Launch readiness. Review launch plans with respect to labor, floor space, work flow, and layout.
- Lead the planning and execution of new product introduction into the manufacturing facility.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure equipment availability and adherence to project timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer between teams to support production readiness and operational continuity.
- Direct launch teams and assist plant management to ensure adherence to APQP guidelines.
- Confer with planning, manufacturing engineering and application engineering concerning product design and tooling to ensure safe, capable and efficient production methods.
- Assist in the integration of new business processes into the ERP system to support ongoing production.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, manufacturing engineering, or operations within an industrial or data center-related environment.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to drive timelines, resolve issues, and deliver results.
