Requirements
- Background in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, business development, corporate development, investment banking, finance, digital/e-commerce, retail or general apparel brands, or related fields
- Demonstrated problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills with experience leading multiple simultaneous projects
- Ability to navigate and thrive in ambiguity and influence across a cross-functional, matrixed environment
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to complete quantitative, qualitative and financial model analysis
- Experience with data analysis and interpretation
Responsibilities
- Develop elements of NIKE, Inc.’s global long-term growth strategy
- Manage one or more cross-functional projects in support of management to help identify and evaluate critical strategic priorities and/or problems
- Catalyze action against these priorities through long-range business planning and performance management
- Conduct consumer, competitive and market analyses
- Create financial models
- Develop action plans to galvanize teams
- Partner to develop elements of NIKE, Inc.’s global long-term growth strategy
Other
- Enrolled in an MBA program or Master’s program with an expected graduation date of Winter 2026 or Spring 2027
- 3-5 years work experience strongly preferred
