Requirements
- Experience with generative AI and chatbot product development, ideally with frameworks like LangChain and LLamaIndex.
- Knowledge of NLP techniques, such as text classification, sentiment analysis, and sequence tagging.
- Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with NLP/ML toolkits like Sklearn, Gensim, Spacy, and NLTK.
- Experience with vector database technologies (e.g., pgvector, Pinecone) and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Responsibilities
- Help design and deploy advanced machine learning and NLP models that power Workhuman’s AI products.
- Collaboration with a cross-functional team of Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, and Product Managers to build scalable and efficient solutions.
- Hands-on experimentation with the latest NLP techniques and frameworks to continuously improve our AI capabilities.
- Participation in efforts to address ethical, bias, and fairness considerations in AI, ensuring compliance and equity in all solutions.
- Contributed to the development and deployment of NLP models that drive measurable business impact.
- Supported the transition of AI solutions from development to production environments.
- Assisted in designing experiments and benchmarks to evaluate and improve NLP model performance.
