Requirements
- Proficiency with intelligence databases, software, and analytical tools.
- Understanding of object-based intelligence (OBI) principles, workflows, and tradecraft standards.
- Experience with advanced analytics, machine learning, and data integration methodologies.
- Proficiency in program management tools and techniques, including Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe).
- Familiarity with government data standards and policies (e.g., IC, DoD).
- Experience with cloud-native architecture(s) and tools (e.g., AWS GovCloud, Kubernetes).
Responsibilities
- Lead all source intelligence analysis on a major program, or multiple programs, through subordinate analysts/ technical resources, in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.
- Lead a team focused on providing Object Based Intelligence (OBI) expertise and support to the customer.
- Manage data collection and analysis from multiple and complex information/ data sources.
- Synthesize data into comprehensive reports and briefings that facilitate quality decision making.
- Monitor and assess information to identify potential threats and opportunities, providing timely analysis to support operational planning and quality improvements.
- Produce tailored intelligence products and services, including threat studies and operational assessments with recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of advanced analytics, machine learning models, and data integration solutions.

- Minimum of 12 years of applicable work experience, including personnel management experience, preferably in government or defense-related programs.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in working collaboratively with users and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
- Capacity to adapt to changing situations and lead the team to prioritize tasks effectively.
