Oracle OCI GenAI is looking to hire research interns to advance the state-of-the-art in Generative AI, Agentic Platforms, Reasoning and Planning, Retrieval Augmented Generation, Generative AI Evaluation, Responsible AI, Models’ Verticalization, NL2Code, NL2SQL, and Multimodal GenAI. The goal is to build and operate massive-scale cloud services leveraging state-of-the-art machine learning technologies to provide the best cloud products for customers tackling challenging problems.
Requirements
- Experience in one area of computer science (e.g., Natural Language Understanding, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Algorithmic Foundations of Optimization, Data Science, or similar areas).
- Strong publication record , including as a lead author or reviewer, in top-tier journals or conferences.
Responsibilities
- leading the effort of building distributed, scalable, high-performance AI model training and serving systems in partnership with our applied scientists and software engineers.
- dive deep into model structure to optimize model performance and scalability.
- build state of art systems with cutting-edge technologies in this fast evolving area.
- play a key role in shaping the future of Generative AI at Oracle, with an emphasis on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Multi-modality Models.
- contributions will be pivotal in delivering our new Generative AI-powered services for large scale enterprise customers.
