- designing, developing, testing, and deploying business rules and decision logic using IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) or similar business rules management systems
- translating business requirements into executable rules
- ensuring that business policies are accurately and efficiently automated within enterprise applications

- Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams & geographically distributed teams
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
