Lenovo is seeking to capture, organize and offer insights related to potential improvement areas in key OEM Portfolio processes to achieve marketing and financial objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Project Management or related field
- Previous internship experience preferably related to Product Management
- Experience leading/managing programs
- Ability to work onsite in Morrisville, NC at least 3 days per week
- You have a spirit of entrepreneurship with high-energy and a proactive style
- You are comfortable asking questions and doing the due diligence to understand the landscape
- You possess good time management and organizational skills
Responsibilities
- Product planning and life cycle management for a particular product or product line or services portfolio to fulfill customer value and achieve both marketing and financial objectives.
- Apply broad knowledge of company’s product capabilities and competitive environment along with analysis of consumer trends, technical capabilities, and technology partners to identify opportunities for product innovation and growth.
- Determine product features and functions and oversees product development liaising with cross-functional teams and ensure products are delivered with high quality, competitive cost, time-to-market/ time-to-volume, and efficient complexity.
- Use market feedback to evaluate product functionality and drives present/future product direction.
- Evaluate in-depth market analysis and leads business case for optimization of existing products/solutions alternatives and/or to create the next generation of new products.
- Conduct marketing communications regarding product core selling points to product marketing/GEO marketing and customers.
