Gemma Power Systems is seeking an Office Assistant to support ongoing and upcoming projects in Texas by providing administrative support to staff and improving organizational functionality.
Requirements
- Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Teams
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to manage daily activities and tasks as requested
Responsibilities
- Maintain adequate inventory of office supplies.
- Coordinate company meeting luncheons.
- Assist with the organization and coordination of off-site company functions.
- Receive, handle, and distribute incoming & outgoing packages.
- Support staff with various administrative functions.
- Assist with booking travel and lodging accommodations.
- Support varied office tasks as needed.
Other
- Work independently with a high-level of self-direction as well as in a team environment.
- Maintain confidentiality with company information, future company direction, and private/personal information.
- 3+ years of experience in supporting a professional office environment
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Outgoing personality and ability to connect with a diverse group of individuals
