Responsibilities
- Lead the development and optimization of OnBase applications to improve claims processing efficiency.
- Oversee the integration of OnBase Application Enabler with existing systems to streamline operations.
- Provide technical expertise in OnBase Workview to design and implement user-friendly interfaces.
- Develop and maintain OnBase API solutions to ensure seamless data exchange across platforms.
- Implement OnBase Workflow solutions to automate and enhance business processes.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to OnBase applications to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of OnBase solutions with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in Medicare and Medicaid claims processing.
- Mentor junior developers and share best practices in OnBase development.
