Requirements
- Strong keyboarding and typing skills (minimum 50 WPM with high accuracy)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Familiarity with educational software or school information systems (e.g., PowerSchool)
Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update data in online databases and school management systems
- Review source documents for errors, completeness, and proper formatting
- Perform data validation and cleanup as needed
- Organize and maintain electronic records in accordance with school guidelines
- Collaborate with administrative staff to clarify data and resolve inconsistencies
- Assist in generating routine reports from stored data
- Handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly
Other
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
- Previous experience in data entry, administration, or online systems preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
