Requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to interpret data effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is a plus.
Responsibilities
Assist in analyzing current operational workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of process improvement projects using established methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
Collect, process, and interpret data to provide insights that drive decision-making.
Participate in the creation of detailed documentation, including process maps, reports, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Support the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) and help track the progress of ongoing initiatives.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and suggest innovative ideas to enhance operational effectiveness and productivity.
Engage in team meetings and training sessions to develop a deep understanding of operational excellence principles and practices.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Prior internship or project experience in operations or process improvement is beneficial but not required.
