Slalom is seeking a leader to manage and grow their Operational Improvement services in the Americas region.
Requirements
- 10+ years delivery experience in Operational Improvement
- Relevant certifications in Operational Improvement
- Experience leading complex Consulting projects, including management of financials
- Experience in Automation, Mining, Intelligent Operations, and Lean Process Improvement
- Ability to contribute to the creation of new offerings, accelerators or thought leadership
Responsibilities
- Leads the creation and execution of the Operational Improvement country strategy
- Contributes written or verbal thought leadership on Operational Improvement
- Provides subject matter expertise and solutioning to strategic clients
- Drives Service/Discipline go to market offerings by directing the creation of methods and templates
- Participates in complex deal QA process, demonstrating mastery in project delivery within domain of expertise
- Addresses delivery escalations in Capability discipline, both internally and client facing
